Lissette is AMAZING!
Buying a home can be intimidating, but Lissette was so helpful throughout the entire process! We never felt pressured or unsure during our home-buying experience. She is excellent at communicating and explaining the process, making you comfortable to ask questions. If we were interested in a house, she was quick to respond and set up a viewing, and she always followed up; Lisette always made us feel like a priority client. I would definitely recommend Lissette! You will not be disappointed!

Lissette is absolutely amazing! She met with us the following day after our initial call. She is an excellent communicator. Explained the process to us step by step and answered any and questions we had. Reassured us when we needed it and was on top of everything. We listed our house on a Tuesday and was under contract that Friday. I would recommend Lissette to anyone looking to buy or sell she is hands down the best!

I'm not sure if there is enough space to leave a message on how great of a realtor Lissette is. She was always available. Always had answers for our questions. Explained the current market situation and how we can stand out from the competition. Lissette also works with first responders and is part of a program that cuts you a check after closing. Lissette FAR EXCEEDED my expectations, (based on prior experiences with other agents), by going “above and beyond” in working quickly and efficiently in handling offers, contracts, involvement in communications with all individuals involved in the entire process from contract-to-closing.

Lissette, being an agent involved with the program, “HOMES FOR HEROES”, affords her program-eligible clients a HUGE financial incentive.

AS THE SELLER:
Selling my home, in 2018, Lissette had my house under contract IN TWO DAYS!…at asking price.

AS THE BUYER:
Buying my home, in 2020, Lissette was very patient and available to view a large number of homes with me within a short period of time.

After originally being outbid for the #1 home I wanted (multiple interests), I “settled” for another home.

A week later, my #1 home choice’s buyer pulled of contract last minute.
Upon finding out, Lissette IMMEDIATELY got to work attempting to secure a contract for me on my #1 house choice… while using real estate legal knowledge to assist me withdrawing my offer on the “settled for” home.

This was a very time sensitive “day-of” situation, with Lissette working diligently and swiftly to ensure everything was completed to my benefit and happiness.

Lissette is absolutely amazing at her career and dedication to her clients happiness. I have referred Lissette to everyone I know and I will use her representative services again when selling my current home to move out of state one day.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lissette! She was quick, efficient and very professional. Not only is she knowledgeable about the market but she is on top of her work. If I had questions or concerns, she would respond to me immediately. She made herself available whenever it was convenient for me.

Lissette is the best! She literally becomes family because she cares so much and she may also become your therapist during this stressful time lol. I had a bunch of obstacles to go through and she rode it out with me and got my kids and I our first home, a very nice home! She’s so personable, prompt, always on time, and like always available. I was assigned Lissette through Hones for Heros. When I signed up with then, I received a call from Lissette almost immediately. She made herself available to whenever I called, even on Sundays.
