Although I enjoyed many years in Massachusetts, I looked for a location with warmer weather and a departure from the extremely cold winters for the second phase of my life. While in Massachusetts, my husband Paul and I owned and operated two businesses in historic Salem and raised our two children in the small town of Danvers. By 2000, Paul and I finally decided to put our plan into motion and move south. While visiting South Carolina, we discovered the small quaint town of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. After only a few short days in Ocean Isle we knew this location was paradise and the place we wanted to be. We purchased land in 2000 and built our home in Ocean Ridge just a few years later.
Being new to a small town and now knowing many people, I explored and traveled the area. Through my own personal search, I gained extensive knowledge of Brunswick County and everything that it has to offer from boating, to golfing to fishing, to our gorgeous coastline—all of which I am eager to share with anyone who is seeking to relocate to our beautiful community.

Originally from Maiden, North Carolina, I spent my vacations exploring the Brunswick County Islands. In 2005 my husband and I moved to the Sunset Beach area.
