Liz worked endlessly to help my husband and I find the perfect home. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was professional, personable, responded in a timely manner, and was very knowledgeable. She was informative, experienced, very well educated, and quick to answer our laundry list of questions being first time home buyers. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a home. If you work with Liz you won't be disappointed!

Liz Baxendell has been working with us for more than a year. At first taking us around to see houses that were being sold in our borough that could’ve been comparable to our house to see what we could possibly expect to get for our house. She also spent quite a lot of time helping us look for a new place. We looked a lot at homes & finally after months of looking, we found our current place, but it was new construction. Talk about a stressing experience. She was always available when we had questions & very helpful. On top of everything we were dealing with, COVID-19 struck our country, which affected our new construction, since they had to shut down before finishing our new home. Once again Liz was very helpful with answering questions & offering suggestions which helped us. She’s very knowledgeable & we really appreciated all her help. We couldn’t have been happier with all she has done for us. We almost feel like family after all that’s been going on.

I've purchased and sold five homes throughout the years. Most recent were a purchase two years ago and a sale last month, both of which Elizabeth Baxendell was my realtor, and both of which were by far the best of my experiences. Liz is very professional and well-qualified, and even with both our busy schedules there is never a delay in her being available to discuss concerns and answer questions. She keeps me completely updated by phone, text, and email on all aspects of the buy/sell process. Liz also appears to be a genuine and caring person, both professionally and personally. I'll be selling my current home within the next couple years and downsizing to another home, and there is no one else that I would have as my realtor. and would recommend her to anyone.
