Liz's journey in real estate began in 1984 when she started answering phones and compiling reports for agents. In 1987, she obtained her license as a REALTOR® while residing in Alexandria, Virginia. However, after moving to Maryland and focusing on her children, Liz recognized the need for a career with standard working hours as a single mother. She then pursued higher education, earning a degree in Computer Networking. With her newfound knowledge, Liz progressed from being a Computer Tech to managing the
Air Force Network System. This time in her career provided her with invaluable experiences in Project Management, making her a well-rounded and dedicated realtor.

In 2004, Liz's real estate passion reignited, leading her to establish her own business. With 18 years of dynamic market experience, she gained expertise in various areas, including 1031 exchanges and creative financing. Joining The Villages Sales Team in 2012, she achieved the title of "Rookie of the Year" in 2013 and became a top sales representative.

Kelsie's strong foundation in connecting with people was cultivated during her years in the renowned hospitality industry at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel, known for its impeccable 5-star service. After moving to Florida five years ago, she took on real estate with remarkable success, closing out her first year with over 5 million dollars in sales, which has steadily grown each year. Her unwavering dedication to
clients shines through her hard work and numerous successful transactions. Personally, Kelsie finds joy in spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and reading by the lake.

Apart from our real estate endeavors, we are passionate about giving back to the community through our non-profit foundation, "Puppies in Flight," which assists dogs from at-risk areas in Alabama and Georgia. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the significance of enhancing their well-being.

We cover the entire Lake and Sumter County region in central Florida, but we specialize in The Villages, a vibrant 55+ retirement community often referred to as "The Disneyland for the Retired." With golf cart accessibility, numerous activities, and top-notch golf courses, it's a dream location for retirees. She was wonderful! We were half way across the country when we were looking for a new house and she did everything in her power to make our dreams come true. She facetimed us in, for every showing. She heard what we were looking for and didn’t stop until we found our dream home. The best part, was that she was honest! Being half way across the country, yes we could see the house but we couldn’t see the area ourselves and she was very honest in letting us know if a house we liked was in a safe area or not. She’s a straight shooter and I loved that! We highly recommend Liz! She found our dream home. We love our neighborhood, our neighbors are our best friends, and we couldn’t be happier!

Purchased 3 years ago from Liz. Referred my brother to Brennan & Bell and choose them after interviewing several realtors. They are full service with a large network of contractors to help prep a house for sale, if needed before listing.

We decided to sell our home, we chose Liz and Kelsie and it worked out perfectly for us! They were both involved throughout the whole process, listened to us, made compromises and changes according to our wishes, and gave us valuable advice based on all their experiences.
We made updates as they advised to get the best price and the one thing they offer that really helped us is they have 3 levels of service to chose from. We chose the mid level which gave us staging and handyman work and landscaping included! It was a great solution for us!
They communicated consistently and 2 weeks later we had the house sold! The sale went smoothly, and they stayed with us through closing!
They are a great team, we think you’ll be very pleased.
