Liz was born and raised on the East Coast, in the small sailing town of Marblehead, Massachusetts. Liz graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She has always been drawn to the ocean and discovered Manhattan Beach after her husband’s career brought them to Los Angeles upon graduation. Prior to real estate, Liz was an executive in healthcare diagnostics, primarily for the pathology and oncology markets. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a global multibillion dollar pharmaceutical company, Liz hired, led, and coached sales and marketing teams covering North America.
Prior to, Liz held various sales leadership positions for leading publicly traded as well as notable private equity-funded healthcare companies, where she was fortunate to receive world-class training in executive management, win-win sales approach and deal negotiation. Following a 14-year term, Liz left her management position to spend more time with her family and to pursue her real estate ambitions. Liz has been licensed in residential real estate since 2016. She was ranked in the top 13% of her brokerage in 2018 and earned Top Producer status twice. She was nominated by Vista Sotheby's International Realty for the California Association of Realtors 2018 Rising Star Award for her performance. Liz has been surrounded by the world of real estate investments her entire life. Liz’s mother, father and grandfather were licensed real estate professionals.
In addition, her parents share expertise in high-end custom home design, renovation, and remodeling, including to date more than twenty primary residences. Liz is known for being approachable, honest and a relentless agent for her clients’ interests. Her clients are always impressed with her responsiveness, work ethic, negotiating savvy and detail orientation. Liz works in Manhattan Beach, California. Her market specialization and geographic focus spans throughout the South Bay area, which includes Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Hawthorne, Palos Verdes Estates, Playa Del Rey, and El Segundo.
