About Liz

Most of her first fifteen years in Owosso she spent working in manufacturing and manufacturing management around the Shiawassee area where she learned valuable lessons in teamwork, cooperation, organizational skills and how to work with all kinds of people... During this time, she also began to invest in properties around the local area, purchasing homes that she would improve and remarket or retain as rental properties. She became very proficient with her newfound skills in home renovation and remarketing. She was able to obtain a contractor's license, which would now allow her to undertake even larger tasks. It was not long before she was able to leave her manufacturing position and take on the challenge of property investment full time. She soon realized that she understood the real estate market in the area. It would only make sense to obtain a real estate license thereby allowing her to properly market her own properties. While continuing with property investments and renovations she began selling real estate. She has had her real estate license since 2002. In Feb. 2012, she decided to get her Real Estate Brokers license and now has opened her own company. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how she works. That said, in her experience as a Owosso real estate professional, she's also found that providing the best service is essentially about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to her clients' needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been her approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she's found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything she's always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped her to extend the range of services she provides to her clients. She is looking forward to working within the Shiawassee area as a new owner/broker of her own company.
