Hands down, BEST REALTOR!! If I could give Liz 10 stars, I would! We are still in disbelief that the entire process from beginning to look at houses to closing on our home was a total of 3 MONTHS!!!! Between her professionalism, expert knowledge of this insane market, really understanding the needs of our family and her AMAZING negotiating skills, we are now living in our beautiful dream home!!

Liz has helped me and my husband through 3 transactions, all different. 1.) Purchase of our First home 2.) Sale of our First Home 3.) The purchase of New Construction. Liz is articulate - she has an eye for what is right & what could be going wrong with the home (Trust me you want that for a huge purchase like this). Liz is personable, and pleasure to work with, and trust me when it comes to business SHE IS BUSINESS. Always meticulous with all paperwork, and anything that needs to be done to the home that was agreed upon (and done RIGHT). Even after the purchase of our new homes she still checks in with me! The best part about Liz is that she has a backbone, you know you can trust her! This is not just a transaction for Liz, she cares that her clients are happy in their new home!

It was our first time buying a house and there were so many unknowns as first timers. Liz sat down and went through everything with us. Our range for locations were in several different counties/school districts. She helped guide us through the value differences within our budget. Our first few days of looking we were not having any luck and Liz told us not to worry, as when we found what we liked we would know.

The best part of having Liz as our real estate agent was the fact that she pointed out everything, any cabinet that seemed oddly placed, whether a candle was lit to mask a possible pet oder or a musk smell. Whether the houses were close together or a busy street that may be dangerous. She went through items that would be easy to tailor to our tastes as to not be distracted by cosmetic turn offs and focus on more major home focuses.

I would recommend Liz Facenda to anyone who is looking for a home. She is very personably and takes the time to understand what you are looking. She has a wealth of knowledge to offer through the process.

Liz was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive and supportive in my search for a new home. Relocating from out of state is a very daunting process. Liz promptly coordinated all tours and committed to spending a total of six full Sundays, to help me find the right home. Her accessibility means that she was available for a late night chat via phone, text, or email. She maintained a level of enthusiasm that was encouraging when I was feeling discouraged and at times overwhelmed. She listened and understood what I was looking for, and did her diligence to assure that each prospective home met the criteria. Her focus and attention to detail, meant every 3 hour drive to PA was productive. Her follow up and follow through is on par with my own which meant we worked well together and things got done fast. Her resourcefulness and organization made the process flow effectively, and her flexibility made an otherwise very stressful process manageable and achievable which meant that I did not have to take vacation days. Lastly, Liz' honesty and personal touch makes for an experience that is specific to you, that you will appreciate even after the close. Thank you Liz!

Liz is amazing!! Buying a house is stressful and Liz made my life so much easier! We sold our house and bought our forever home at the same time: during a pandemic, with 3 kids. We recently purchase our second home with Liz Facenda. Additionally, she assisted in the sale of our first home we purchased with her. Looking for and selling a home during the COVID pandemic was insanely stressful, but Liz was there for us throughout the entire process and was able to assist us with all our questions and concerns. Not only did she sell our home for more than we ever could have imagined, she did it in a day. As for the purchase of our new home, Liz was able to consult with us on the offers on multiple homes in an incredibly competitive market.
