Liz Horford!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. Liz has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like her on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend. When I tell friends of the job Liz and her team did to sell my parents' home they all say, I wish I would have had a realtor like her. She took care of contacting businesses for bids on updating the home and emailed me multiple choices to select the bid I was comfortable with. Without her suggestions the house would have sold for a lot less money. I was amazed at all the paperwork involved and could never imagine trying to sell a house on my own. My phone calls and emails were returned promptly. By the time the house was listed, it went on the market as 'sold' because of the great job they did. This was my first time ever buying a house, and as such was rightly nervous about the whole situation. Liz and her team were there with me the entire way, getting me in contact with the best people they knew who would help me with inspections, mortgage information, and all the rest. Whenever I ran into a situation where I didn't know what was going on, she was right there to answer my questions and never made me feel bad or dumb for not knowing. She is so knowledgeable not just about the industry but also the neighborhoods and the steps to take once a house is yours, I just couldn't get myself worked into a nervous frenzy! We had our house for sell for awhile. We decided to make a change in sales agent to Liz. Our house sold very quickly after that. First buyer could not secure financing so Liz made some calls from past lookers and found us another buyer almost right away. She was always available to us and offered excellent advice and suggestions. Her team member Amara was also outstanding. We ran into her last Sunday and I told her I thought she changed her name to sold because I saw it all over our area as Liz Horford sold on her signs.
