Liz Molina

Liz has proven to be among the top agents in the San Diego area by earning the trust and respect of clients and colleagues. She draws on her experience of over 25 years in marketing and business management, with her own company “Professional Practice Management” (PPM), which included discriminating clientele with specialized professions, with a focus on physicians, surgeons, and attorneys. For 15 years, PPM successfully managed over 20 simultaneously active accounts and handled all aspects of private practice management including staff management, accounting, and portfolio investment management. Before PPM, Liz was the youngest in her field to advance as Senior Buyer for Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, managing three large hospitals and seven ancillary facilities. Working with Scripps allowed Liz to develop many of the skills and tools she uses today in acquisitions, procurement, and negotiating multi-million-dollar transactions. This experience helped refined her service skills to meet grand expectations. This is something that she is accustomed to and provides readily and dutifully. Liz prides herself in the utmost discretion and privacy for clients and has an impenetrable drive to succeed that continually propels her far above the competition. Being fluent in Spanish, Liz is an invaluable asset to an international clientele. In her spare time, Liz enjoys outdoor activities, including golf, deep-sea fishing, and swimming as well as gourmet cooking.
