In real estate and as the owner of Liz Scruggs Landscape Design, Liz has worked with builders, developers, and real estate professionals in both individual residential development and the development of the unique community of Serenbe. She served as Chairman of the Serenbe Landscape Design Review Board for seven years, where she educated builders, contractors, and homeowners on the principles of sustainable exterior living. Her experience in process management is expressed in her ability to navigate the market and advocate for her clients every step of the way. She believes that it is the sound framework and foundation of a home that allows beauty and grace to thrive. Liz has been in the Atlanta area for over thirty years and has enjoyed watching new communities develop and grow in the metro and surrounding areas. She particularly loves the Newnan, Serenbe, Trilith, Peachtree City, and South Fulton areas. Equestrian properties and growing southern communities are her specialties. She believes that Atlanta is one of the few large cities in America that offers genuine small-town connections within an intensely global web of development.
