With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Liza Hogan understands high-end luxury properties. She is the only real estate broker in Aspen who has been invited to speak at Luxury Real Estate's annual conference as part of a panel of top real estate experts discussing Second-Home Industry Trends and Innovations and to also present a Mastermind Webinar.
Liza specializes in the Aspen, Vail, Denver, and Boulder luxury markets representing both Buyers and Sellers. She is an active member of the Aspen and Vail Boards of Realtors, Boulder, and Denver Metro Association of Realtors. She has been a regular contributor on the real estate industry for the Aspen Business Journal.
Liza is also the Founder and President of Resort Rating Specialists, a private consulting and training firm in operation for 23 years. Specializing in vacation homes in resort locations across the country, their mission centers on inspiring people to create extraordinary vacation home rental experiences.
