If you are buying or selling in the Portland Metro area, I highly recommend Lizbeth as a Real Estate Agent . This is based on my personal experience working with her for the last 20 years. She recently sold my house for me in the Portland Metro area, the same house she represented me in buying 20 years earlier. She got us a great deal both in buying and selling. Most recently as a seller, she was able to take care of an issue with the house raised by the lender at the last minute, so that the sale went through with no delay. I have referred her to many people over the last 20 years who have been more than satisfied in her work as a Real Estate Agent.

As a Real Estate Agent, Lizbeth goes above beyond in making sure her clients get the best deal possible, both in buying and selling in the Portland Metro area. I have found that she puts in time in excess of what she receives in commission. She seems to be responsive 24-7, and always available for questions. She is always friendly and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable, specifically about buying and selling as a Real Estate Agent in the Portland Metro area, honest and reliable. I highly recommend her.

WOW!! What a great experience with Lizbeth and her entire team ! I have never believed in Real Estate Agent before until I met her ! She represented me as the seller in Happy Valley.

Let me share with you the story: I have interviewed 4 real estate agents and unfortunately none met my expectations and I was confident that I could do this by myself but to be honest I did not want to go through this by myself so I decided to give a chance to one more agent. I found her name on one of the houses in the neighborhood and she sold the property for above what other houses were selling so that attracted me :), so I called her and she came in and we met and she was already ready with the market analysis, everything what she said and had with her made sense, so guess what ? Her analysis showed much higher to what other agents showed us. Lizbeth was on top of all leads and communicated very quickly until the property sold !!!! Her work ethic and negotiation skills are way above expectations, she is very committed and I can go on and on. If I would have hired other agents or sold our home myself I would have sold it for much less. Do yourself a favor and at least call her and meet her before you hire someone else. Liz and Chris are the consummate professionals. Marketing and negotiation savvy are certainly very strong points, but what a buyer or seller also needs is someone who will put the client first. That is the real test, and it is not always obvious at first. Take it from someone who has been through it with both of them. I bought my first home with LizBETH 20 years ago, She is the best real estate agent out there I would never work with anyone else but her. I just found out that she is now working with Quicken Loans as a loan originator and was able to refinance my home with her and got a very good rate. I am happy that she is able to sell my home as a real estate broker and help me with financing. She is knowledgeable, energetic, knows the real estate market and has excellent negotiating skills. I just recently bought my first home in Portland and I really owe it all to LizBeth. She has been so patient with me and was always so honest and helpful. I looked at dozens of homes with her over the last 2 years because I wanted to dial in exactly what I was looking for in making such a big purchase decision. LizBeth would make time for me everyday and sometimes with only an hours notice - true dedication to her clients. Any time I asked her opinion or advice, I feel she always steered me in my best interest. Liz Beth is Amazing! In 2001 she helped us find our home. She knew what we needed and found us a perfect home. In 2019 our marriage had come to an end and we decided to go our separate ways. We needed to sell the home due to the divorce. I knew right away who to call and help us and that was Liz Beth. Our house went on the market in September and we were signing papers in November for the new owners to take over. She was so understanding during this hard times and knew we needed to sell quickly. I highly recommend Liz Beth! She is so caring and compassionate on your needs. She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of so you always feel at ease.
