I met Lloyd in the summer of 2017 when I scheduled a showing of one of his listings. The first house didn't meet my needs but the second opportunity Lloyd showed me was perfect. The uniqueness of this particular property, however, presented many challenges in getting the contract to closing. I was impressed throughout the process, from my first meeting with Lloyd through closing, with the genuineness of his character - honest, helpful and sincerely concerned with his client's needs. He kept me informed every step of the way. He never flagged in his efforts and went above and beyond expectations in overcoming the obstacles. And Lloyd remained optimistic and encouraging throughout the process, never complaining or hesitating to deal with the issues (although I'm sure the time and effort required must have far exceeded the value of the commission)! I am thrilled with the purchase, which wouldn't have happened without Lloyd's skilled handling, and thankful for the opportunity to have met and worked with him. I enthusiastically recommend Lloyd as an outstanding real estate agent.

Lloyd was a dream to work with -- patient, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. No high pressure salesmanship -- just genuinely friendly and dedicated to finding me the perfect place. He can share a wealth of information on Monroe County, its history and growth, as well as its residents. He was always available to answer questions and quick to share new listings with me. We looked at properties ALL over central Georgia and had great fun doing so. You couldn't ask for a better realtor to help you buy a home. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!
