One might say that Lobin has been in real estate her whole life. Her mother was a respected broker in Sullivan County, NH, her father an investment buyer/farmer, one brother was a home inspector and another brother a builder and a sister who is also a Realtor. Real estate is in her blood through and through. Lobin worked with her mother closely at the end of her career and then went on to start and sell several successful businesses including Bryce’s Bakery in Quechee, Vermont. Lobin has a passion for small business and the creativity it brings. This passion helps make Lobin one of the top commercial agents in the state of New Hampshire. She loves sharing her knowledge and helping make even the biggest dreams a reality.

The beauty of New Hampshire and being outside are passions of Lobin and her three children. Lobin and her youngest daughter can often be seen riding their horse and pony on the country lanes of their hometown of Sandwich. In Sandwich, Lobin serves as a 4-H leader, sits on the historic committee in town, donates time at the local church and has been a foster parent. Lobin’s son, Bryce, recently became a licensed New Hampshire realtor to continue the family tradition. When it comes to warmer climates, Lobin is just as at home on the beaches of Florida, with an expansive knowledge of all that the Sarasota and surrounding areas have to offer.
