Logan represented us on the acquisition of a short-term rental investment property in Nashville, TN. When issues arose during the closing process, Logan was responsive and resourceful which allowed us to get the deal done in a timely fashion. Additionally, he was able to save us a significant amount of time and money with his local vendor recommendations as this was our first time transacting in Nashville. Short version: Logan was actually a life saver and helped us through a very stressful and complicated closing process. There's not another agent I've worked with that I would recommend before using him!

My wife and I are self employed which throws a wrench in the gears of qualifying for a loan and closing on a property. We found our dream house, let Logan know, and that same hour he was hard at work communicating with the right people and connecting us with the right lending professionals.

Once we qualified for our loan, we set a closing date and started getting ready for the move. There were multiple hiccups in the process that pushed closing back multiple times (issues on the lender's side, not Logan's). Throughout this time the home owners considered and pushed to re-list the home and pull out of our agreement to take advantage of this crazy housing market.

Logan fought tooth and nail to keep us in the deal, even taking some personal sacrifices in the deal to get us where we needed to be. He was ultra responsive with all communication (even perhaps when we were being a little impatient and pushy!). He kept our spirits high and got us through a really hard month of ups and downs, and ultimately got us into this house!

I really think that without his efforts we would not have closed on our home and would now be up the river trying to find another place to rent or buy.

Logan is wonderfully personable, incredibly reliable and professional, and knows what he is doing. You can NOT go wrong working with him and can rest easier in the stressful process of buying a property when someone like Logan is on your side.
