It was a great selling experience working with Lois! We live in a different city than the property and couldn't have asked for more. She kept us informed of all showings and reviews. Recommending and coordinating with contractors to get things repaired. The closing was flawless and couldn't have been easier with it being done over the internet. I highly recommend Lois to anyone selling or buying a home!

Lois came highly recommended -- I had worked with her before indirectly but this was the first time I had the opportunity to be represented by her as a seller. I am sure there are great realtors in the area, but it is hard for me to imagine anyone replicating the incredible job Lois did to sell my home. From start to finish, she was involved in every aspect, all with the goal to sell. She made it happen, and I could not have been happier! She's the best and I'm so grateful for her work and efforts. Amazing experience, and I will ALWAYS recommend her!

Lois was the property manager for two of our homes for almost 10 years. She then helped us to sell both properties (during the pandemic) while we were living overseas. Lois always gave us guidance when any repairs were needed, and treated the homes as if they were own. We were so fortunate to work with Lois, after having several less-than-acceptable experiences with other realtors. I cannot recommend Lois enough.
