Lola is the best agent I have had the privilege of working with! I have bought/sold 3 homes in the last 5 years and worked with numerous different agents in different states and have had many positive experiences, but Lola stands out. Lola is the first agent I decided to work with that wasn't referred to me by someone else. I reached out to her for information on a home she was listing and she was so prompt, thorough, and kind and continued to keep me posted on the home, and that's how I knew she would be the perfect agent for me. I was an out of state buyer coming in for a job, and I hit several snags with the job along the way. Lola was my cheerleader the entire way through and kept up with my many changing circumstances when it came to parameters of buying a home. She was flexible and prepared for my last minute weekend house hunting trip. I've been on many whirlwind weekend house hunting trips, but none as efficient as the one Lola scheduled. She fit in more houses in one day than I've ever seen (I think we saw like 17) and still managed to make it feel relaxed and not at all rushed. She figured out what I liked and didn't like very quickly and was able to adjust our list and remove and add listings as we went. She let me lead the process as much as I wanted and she didn't try to control my choices at any point. She also didn't let me get stuck in my head about silly details and kept the big picture in mind. I easily found a home in one house hunting trip with Lola and she was phenomenal with handling the negotiations and repairs and all that jazz. I am an uptight pain in the butt when it comes to this part of the buy/sell process. I hate negotiations and I really hate repair contingencies. Lola is absolutely magical the way she is able to work with other agents and with the contacts she knows. I didn't even have to ask her and she was already setting up different repair estimates for me and she knows the BEST home inspector in Wichita who did the most amazing job, and I just had to sit back and let Lola take care of everything. This was by far the simplest, smoothest, most stress free, downright enjoyable home buying process I have experienced! Lola works magic! And she got me in contact with a lender that was able to get me a much better rate than my usual lender and who also made the process of obtaining a loan much simpler all around. And now after the home purchase, Lola is still in contact with me and has provided me with numerous referrals for anything I might need, from plumber and electrician to dog boarding and where to get groceries. She doesn't stop at buying the house. She is helping me get settled and making sure I have what I need to be comfortable and safe. Lola truly cares about the family, the home, and the life of the people she works with. I will absolutely be working with Lola again in the future and I recommend her to anyone else looking to buy/sell a home. Lola is the perfect agent for you!

We were months and months away from making a move and after living in our home in a small Kansas town for over 45 years, the whole concept of moving was foreign to us. She left a comfortable first impression and months later was happy to help us when our 'real' search started. We made more and more contact with her, and she stayed patient and helpful without a hitch. She made sure we knew what was happening in our search, directed us to proper resources, gave us the good news and the bad graciously, when needed, and made us feel very comfortable with a major life change that had scared us to death.
