Loren was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She made sure that the entire process of selling our house was well synchronized to our schedules as we had already moved out of the house ans were pretty much trying to sell it remotely. Our house was sold withing 12 hours of listing over asking price. What more could we have asked for?

Loren is an amazing Realtor! She made us feel like we were the only ones she was working with and tirelessly helped us to sell our house and buy another home. I would highly recommend Loren! She is friendly, kind, hardworking, and professional. She knows the in's and out's of the business, and if she does not know the answer to a question, she does the work to get the answer. This is a lady that you want to sell your house, or help you to look for a new place to call home.

Loren is amazing. My husband and I had very specific needs and wants which made for a challenging home search. Loren was kind, patient, understanding, flexible, knowledgeable, and level-headed. We were initially located out of a state when we began our home search process which she navigated with ease. Once we arrived back in the state, we looked at many different types of properties including raw land that involved significant digging through various counties with regards to restrictions, etc all of which Loren did for us. We finally found our dream home and Loren knew what it would take to close on the deal and advised us accordingly. We were so blessed that she came in to our lives. I can’t recommend her enough.

Loren has been incredible from start to finish. We aren’t local to the area so she went out of her way to do virtual showings for us and was super flexible with her schedule so we could attend showings/inspections in person when able to! She found great professionals for us to work with both during and after the house buying process. Our favorite thing about her is that once the sale was made she is still willing to help us make our house into the home of our dreams - she didn’t just drop us after making the sale. She really is an amazing person to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure the house you buy can be your forever home. We would absolutely recommend Loren to everyone we know!!

Absolutely the best realtor that both my parents and I have dealt with. She helped me purchase my first home in spring 2022 when the market was absolutely crazy! She knew exactly what I was looking for and really helped me zone in on the homes that would meet my requirements.

She was very quick and attentive to all my questions. Very, very easy to get ahold of and talk with as well. Never waited more than 20 minutes for a response on any type of communication (even on weekends and evenings). I really cannot say enough about the quality of communication from her- which is very crucial when buying a home.

Since this was my first home purchase my parents were there with me as support. Even they could not believe what an amazing job she did!!! The entire buying process was very easy and seamless.

Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I felt Loren really understood the needs of my family. Not that she just understood but she cared. That kind of personable approach is rare and valuable in a realtor. Most people buying a home may know exactly what they want and don't want and can express that clearly. I wasn't one of those people. In some areas I was clear what I needed. In others I didn't have a clue. Loren saw what was the most important things and never once forgot about the comforts of home most people desire. We found the perfect place for our family and we are already in love with our new home. Thank you Loren.
