We've had the pleasure of working with Loren a few times over the past 15 years, in both buying and selling our homes. I can say, without reservation, that Loren is more on top of his game than any other realtor in the area.

He's professional, kind, and (most importantly) knowledgeable. He knows the area, the market, the builders, the school districts and can even help with questions on financing.

We had to buy and sell two properties very quickly in Carlsbad and Loren made it happen, nearly setting a record on our sale. Wish we had more properties to move - no non sense, closed a week early. Nailed it.
