In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 she ranked in the top 10 in total sales volume among the more than 2,000 agents who are members of the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties, Inc. In 2014, Loretta was voted Realtor of the Year by her peers of the Realtor Association of Lake and Sumter Counties. In 2017, she was recognized by ERA Grizzard Real Estate's Humanitarian of the Year for her involvement in local charities. Also, in 2017, she became one of ERA Real Estate's Leaders' Circle, which is given to a few elite agents within the ERA global network.

An avid supporter of Lake Cares Food Pantry, Deliver the Difference and Community Coach, she is also involved in the Golden Triangle Rotary Club, the Home Builders Association and serves on several committees of the Realtors Association of Lake and Sumter Counties.

Congratulations to our decades long friend Loretta Maimone and her team Catherine Mackenzie & Misi Hopwood for achieving # 1 status within the Grizzard ERA organization as well as reaching # 6 position in the entire ERA National firm . Loretta recently sold our 10 Acre Lakefront parcel on Lake Seneca and we are overjoyed with the sale the Maimone team and our new neighbors .
