Lori is an amazing professional to have on your side. Lori has helped my husband and I both sell and buy real estate and we couldn't be more pleased with the services she has provided. She is deeply knowledgeable and was able to expertly handle every situation that we encountered. She is patient, answered many many questions, and offered extremely wise advice. Lori worked with us for a few months during the beginning of 2022. It was slow going at first, but Lori was ever vigilant and patient with us. We found a few houses in the area we wanted and she was able to get us showings immediately! Her input and advice was honest and compassionate. She understands buying a house is a huge decision and wanted us to make the best choice. When one house presented issues, she voiced them and her concern. My partner and I appreciated every bit of information she was able to provide. We finally found “the one” and it was a PROCESS. It was for sale by seller and we had issues communicating and negotiating, but Lori advocated for us and was ever steadfast. We got it! She was so excited for us that she met me to hand off the keys and handed me a gift. We of course handed one over to her, as well, and told her we’d recommend her to everyone. So, if you want to buy a house and have someone on your side, call Lori. If/when we need to buy another house, we’ll be reaching out!

Lori is professional, pays attention to details, and always has her clients' best interest in mind. We moved to VA from out of state, and she started our house hunting process before our move. Lori was referred to us by family members who had worked with her a couple of years ago, so we knew we were in good hands. She helped us become familiar with the area, and the market, and we were able to secure a house within a few weeks. We would highly recommend Lori for your real estate needs!

As a first time home buyer, Lori was extremely informative, understanding, and patient with our constant questions. She was very responsive and made herself available to us often. She was so personable and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed by her at all. She was very honest and upfront with us. Everything we could possibly want in a realtor! We really appreciated her guidance throughout the what would usually be a stressful process. Not only did we have a realtor, we had a friend! We are very thankful for Lori and all of her hard work!
