Lori is a Licensed Realtor, Licensed General Contractor, and Architectural and Interior Designer with 30 years of experience as a home expert. Lori is passionate about using her exceptional knowledge and skill set to assist clients in buying and selling real estate. Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, Lori has lived and worked in all areas of the city and surrounding counties giving her vast personal knowledge of different areas of Knoxville, its history, and the market. Lori spent many years working toolbelt-on in individual skilled construction trades while running her construction company, Heritage Homes & Designs. With an in-depth knowledge she both worked in and supervised of all facets of residential construction before moving her focus to real estate full-time. Lori worked as a lead project manager for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, leader of Habitat for Humanity: Women Build, and leader/teacher of Habitat for Humanity's Construction Classes.
