Would Highly Recommend. Lori is wonderful to work with, always very positive, very professional, and helped us get our house sold in a difficult market. In this current market like a stormy sea, you really need a captain who understands these waters. Lori was just that person whose experience definitely rose to the top based on some difficult circumstances we had with the sales process. She knew all the right people who could get everything done in a timely manner. She always knew how to pivot and what the next steps should be. Her 20 + years of experience definitely made a difference and we're confident that an agent with less experience would not have provided the same results. We would highly recommend Lori for anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house in the near future.

Outstanding Real Estate Agent. I would recommend Lori Garner and I’m going to recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling. She goes above and beyond. She listens and truly cares, and you can tell that she wants the clients to get the home that suits them best. She is very professional but at the same time is easy to talk to. Lori was always there to answer our questions. She responds to emails and calls instantly. She explains the whole closing process well and lets you know what to expect. She advertises the listing well and gets lots of hits and views Lori does an excellent job on the listing with the pictures and descriptions. I never felt rushed. she was great about showing us the listings and was always knowledgeable. She found us the perfect home and we feel we couldn’t have found a more perfect fit for our family. You can tell Lori loves her job. It shows in every aspect from start to finish. if we were to have to move again, there would be no hesitancy on who we would get it would be Lori. She’s the best.

Get it done with Lori ! After researching real estate agents to help me sell a piece of land, Lori Garner kept showing up at the top of reviews, and sales in my area . I made contact with Lori and told her of my intentions, and within a week my property was posted. My first offer came in just 2 days, but we couldn’t reach an agreement. My second offer came in just a couple of days later, and resulted in a contract. Less than 2 weeks I had a contract and closing date. Anything I needed or any question I had, Lori took care of it, and had answered. This process was so easy , I couldn’t believe it. Thank God I had Lori working for me. If you want to sell real estate, the biggest mistake you can make, is not to hire Lori as your agent.

Lori Garner with Keller Williams is a Small Town Quality Realtor with the Expertise of Big Town Realtor. If you want a fair, market knowledgable, client minded realtor, who is always advancing her skill set in order be better equipped to serve you, than Lori is your agent. She does what she says she will do. She foresees possible problems and advises to resolve prior. Instead of questing the square footage for listing of our home, she said she would pay for an accurate appraisal to be completed prior. This would prevent if an offer came and the footage was less upon bank appraisal, having to come down in price as a result. Indeed, the house was considerable less in square footage than the prior listing from when we purchased! She also had a professional photographer come out. The pictures were far superior to a realtor capturing photos for the listing.

Awesome!!! Lori was super helpful and knowledgeable on all our needs and questions. She was Johnny on the spot when it came to this journey. The same day we saw the house listed, she was willing to meet. We had some set backs here and there, and she was able to walk us through every step without issue. Lori was also able to assist us with the questions we had concerning the VA loan, as she had experience in this type of home loan as well.
