I am a proud mother of three absolutely wonderful daughters along with 3 precious grandchildren. My family is native to the Outer Banks and North Carolina. I have watched the Outer Banks evolve from sand to sand castles. As a child I spent most of my summers in Currituck/Dare County. Some of my fondest memories include time at my grandparents house along the Currituck Sound crabbing, fishing, swimming, water skiing, and hot summer evenings listening to stories of days gone by. I especially remember attending the annual homecoming service and feast at the little church my grandparents pastored in East Lake, NC while swatting away BIG mosquitoes.

I am a NC Licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). I started my real estate career in the vacation rental industry in 1986. Some of my experience includes working in accounting, housekeeping and maintenance. During my career in Real Estate I was promoted to Corporate Controller, Rental Manager and Broker-in-Charge. I enjoy technology and spent several years training in the field of computers studying Microsoft Engineering. I currently list and sell Real Estate on the Outer Banks.

I have worked in and owned several successful Real Estate companies on the Outer Banks. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Outer Banks Association of Realtors from 2004-2006 as chairperson for the Property Management and Membership committee along with serving on various other community organizations such as the Outer Banks Transportation Task Force amongst other community involvement. I am active in Currituck County and participate in the Governmental affairs, Currituck County Tourism Board and currently serve as Chairman of the Board for the Currituck County Chamber of Commerce. I consider it an honor serve and give back to my community through volunteer work
