Lori relocated to Fort Collins from Huntington Beach, California in 1993, after earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Marketing at CSU Long Beach. She instantly fell in love with the area, the outdoor life and the friendly people. Lori has resided in Fort Collins for 17 years and also lived in Loveland for 8 years. She and her husband, Chad, have two children, ages 14 and 20, who have both attended schools in the Poudre School District. Her youngest is attending Rocky Mountain High School, and enjoys playing school sports. Her son also attended Thompson Valley School District through his 7th grade year. They all love the beautiful Colorado outdoors, and enjoy spending free time together at their cabin in Red Feather Lakes, CO. Lori also enjoys travel, skiing, kayaking, 4 wheeling, hiking, biking & having lunch with a good friend. She also loves the HGTV Home channels, and loves to improve her home & decorate!
Lori began her career in Real Estate in 1994 in Fort Collins. She has been working as a RE/MAX Alliance agent for the past 13 years, which is where she currently resides. In the past, she worked for several new home builders, including Charter Homes, US Homes, Lennar, & Genesee. She also was an agent for Coldwell Banker, The Group, Wheeler Realty & Fort Collins Real Estate.
She is a member of the prestigious RE/MAX "Hall of Fame",award, which less than 23% of RE/MAX agents receive (this award is based on year over year production levels). Lori also holds her CRS Designation, which is also based on production levels, as well as ongoing extended education in Real Estate.
When asked what she likes most about her 24 year Real Estate Career...
"I feel so blessed to have chosen this as my career 24 years ago...the people is what I love! Over the years, I've established so many relationships & friendships with my clients, as well as colleagues & other businesses. Helping people with, (for most), their biggest investment, whether Buying or Selling; is such a huge honor to me. I am passionate about what I do... I love helping people realize their dreams & real estate goals...it's truly rewarding!"
