I wholeheartedly endorse Lori Petrovitch! If you are buying or selling real estate in the Lake Anna area, you MUST talk with Lori before deciding on an agent. I have the utmost respect for her ethics and devotion to her clients. She was an awesome real estate representative and is incredibly dedicated to her achieving her client’s objectives. I don’t think I have ever met anyone who is as positive and enthusiastic about her work! I was helping my widowed mother sell her house (from 500 miles away) after she had relocated to be closer to us and her grandchildren. After having the house listed with another realtor for 3 years (and having only one offer), I decided to change realtors. I interviewed Lori and was immediately drawn to her energetic, aggressive and positive attitude towards marketing the house and generating leads. She proactively invested her firm’s money in new and unique marketing alternatives. She effectively marketed to a target audience (house was on lakefront property and listed about $1.5 million), and she quickly generated traffic and viable leads with potential buyers. It was an incredibly refreshing approach compared to what we had experienced with the previous realtor. I always felt she was in contact and honest with us about what was happening. Lori always did what was in our best interest as her clients, and she maintained the highest ethical standards at all times. While it still took a bit over a year to sell the house once we hired Lori, I believe it would have taken much longer had she not been our realtor. She was always honest and direct with us about pricing and the trade-offs of holding firm versus dropping the list price. She never pressured us to do anything – decisions were always ours. She presented the facts of situations; discussed the pros and cons; and let us decide at our pace - whether that was in one hour or one week. She never pressured us - and regardless of her opinion, she did what we asked of her. If someone is looking for a realtor in the Lake Anna area – regardless of your needs or price range, you cannot go wrong with Lori! She will work tirelessly for you (I can’t count how many e-mails I received from her after midnight!) Thank-you, Lori, for helping my mom!

She was prepared, she was honest, she was professional, and she worked hard for us - not an easy task......or so i'm told. She listed our lakefront home, advertised it, and sold it in this down market; she made the process very smooth for us. We definately recommend her to anyone in the market to sell their home. She is now listing my in-laws home and they feel as comfortable as we did with Lori.
