Lori Sheridan helped us purchase our house in Washington MI in 2017. We were very picky and did not want a well or a septic tank. She sent updates on available homes that met our criteria until we found the perfect home.
However, now it’s 2013 and the kids are moving on and we needed to downsize so of course we once again called on Lori to help us the home.
She made some suggestions on improvements we would need to make to sell like getting new appliances since the ones we had were original to the house and were 20 years old.
We followed her strategy on pricing and minimal staging and accepted a buyer with a cash offer after the first open house 76,000 over asking.
