Lori Silva

Born and raised with agriculture in her blood, Lori Silva was raised on a family dairy and cattle operation in Walsenburg, Colorado. She was raised on traditional values of hard work, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. Getting up at 3:00 a.m. to milk cows, putting up hay or gathering the beef cows from the pasture was a common event for a large portion of her life. With a passion for helping people and a love for the land, so it made sense in 2017, after 25 years of management in rural hospitals and the oil and gas industry, to make the decision to continue my education and begin a new adventure of becoming a real estate professional. She prides herself in providing excellent customer service and communication with my clients, assisting them in every aspect and truly caring for their experience in property purchasing or selling. Helping to sell their current property or find a new property has provided an opportunity for her to meet new people, build new relationships and help make dreams come true. Every person met is always a new friend to share and build with.
As a longtime supporter in the 4-H program Lori now enjoys helping and watching her grandchildren with their 4-H projects. In her spare time, she has dabbled in the beef market with raising quality butcher beef to now the Boer goat business, leasing farm ground for haying and grazing. Hunting and fishing are a huge part of Lori’s life with Muledeer, Elk, Antelope, Bighorn Sheep and the most recent a trophy bull moose to her outdoor accomplishments.
With 5 grandchildren and her husband Dean, Lori has the experience to know what feels right for a family home, ranch or just a place for the perfect family adventure. Her experience and ethics grown from a true agricultural life are here to help you.
