Lorraine was just amazing to work with. Her incredible knowledge of both the local real estate market and national real estate trends was critical in helping me win the very first house I bid on! She was an amazing advisor who moved with the speed necessary to be successful in a highly competitive housing market. Lorraine Frendt is an amazing agent. She does her homework, is detail oriented & stays in contact every step of the way. She'll tell you what you need to know, as painful as it might be. I was so thankful that, even after our sale, Lorraine stuck with us to coach us & help us make decisions regarding our move to the next community, even though she's not our agent there. Lorraine did & is still doing what is best for us & we appreciate her very much!
