Lorraine helped me buy my condo, as a first time home buyer, and later helped me sell that same condo. I knew that I could trust her with everything, and I never had to doubt any of the advice she gave. I was active duty Navy at the time, and my schedule could be rough, but Lorraine was always available for any questions I had. Not only was she a huge source of support through both buying and selling, she also had a litany of contacts to help me with other issues I had with my home, from cockroaches to plumbing.
I can't begin to imagine how stressful the process would have been without her. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Lorraine helped me and my wife with both buying and selling our house. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, and was willing to work round the clock to ensure she represented our interests to her fullest ability. Because of her, me and my wife were able to make a sizable profit off of selling our house. Lorraine is also well connected in the real estate industry and is amazing at getting customers into contact with reliable recourses such as lending agencies, or contractors. I highly recommend to any one who is buying or selling a home.

Lorraine is awesome, we were working with someone else. That someone else was telling us one thing but other things happened in instead. We had given up, had told my family that we were going to rent again. Then My wife found Lorraine, She spoke to her. Lorraine told us to give her an opportunity to work for us. Well let me tell you. Lorraine made using our VA home loan to buy a house a breeze. She walked us through every step and explained it in terms my husband and I understood. She was there for us every step of the way and it took us less than a month to close. She made us feel more like family and not just a client. My husband and I have had the best experience with Lorraine. She was one of the first people we met when we moved to San Diego. She’s very knowledgeable about the housing market in California, she helped us with the purchase of our first home and selling it 4 years later. She’s very attentive to detail and listens to your wants and needs. We really appreciated that, she was always in the best interest of our family and making sure we got everything we wanted. Her level professionalism is top notch. You will not go wrong with Lorraine, especially if your Military. She’s very familiar with the military lifestyle as she was a military spouse herself and was so accommodating to my husbands work schedule. Absolutely amazing! Not a single complaint through out the entire process and she was just phenomenal! And she also checks up afterwards to make sure you're moving in smoothly. I wouldn't choose any one else!
