Our youngest son was looking to purchase property in Baltimore, Maryland and Lorraine was recommended as an agent. As his parents, we were co-signing on the mortgage and asked to be involved in the entire process. Lorraine skillfully managed this with us being in NJ and Taylor being in MD. She was always very responsive and was especially helpful guiding Taylor through the process for the first time. She also put us in touch with many helpful and skilled professionals when items came up that needed special attention.
