Hi there! I’m Lottie Bolte, a transplant in the Effingham, IL area. I was born and raised in a St. Louis, MO suburb. My husbands job brought us this way in the spring of 2018. It's been an adjustment, but I’m enjoying the area and kind people! I’m an animal lover, half marathon runner, and DIY project addict! As far back as I can remember I've had an interest in real estate and interior design. That interest lead me to get my real estate license. I love this amazing and rewarding industry.
