Working with Amy and Lou was a great experience! We are a family of 3, we were debating on renovations in our last home, or the possibility of finding our forever home. It was a long process, over a year of looking at homes and talking about our wish list and our desires for our next house. But Amy and Lou were patient with us, visited many many homes in that year process, and we found our dream home and decided to move. I think it was their persistence that got us the home we desired, in this crazy market. They actually spoke to the listing agent to find out what the seller was looking for. They were not in a hurry to sell, but wanted the right family to live in their home. We wrote a letter to the seller with our contract and we had several things in common with the seller. They also have daughters and they also loved to garden. We believe Amy & Lou discussing the seller's desires along with our letter got us the home!
Amy and Lou also sold our previous home for us. In less than 48 hours we had 28 appointments, 11 solid offers, including a full cash offer. We were excited to accept an offer in less than 48 hours and the closing went smoothly.
We couldn't be happier and will continue to use and recommend Amy & Lou!!
