He has been licensed since 1996 specializing in residential home sales throughout Montgomery Chester Bucks Delaware and Philadelphia counties. He entered the real estate business in 1996 with ambitions of collaborating with people to foster lifelong relationships. Lou acquired my Associate Brokers license after completing 240 hours of Broker real estate courses. These courses included Real Estate Law Appraisal and Brokerage Management.
