Lou is amazing!!! With the holiday season and a short deadline he come out on top. He was always there to answer any question I had no matter the day or time, very professional and 5 steps a head of the game. He was always there for every meeting, showing and inspection. He definitely knows what he is doing. Recommend Lou X10000%. Not to mention, him and his team were able to close in 25 days for me. Literally couldn’t have trusted anyone else to help me.

My experience with Lou was definitely 5 Stars. From the begin to the end of our house selling process he was very professional. Lou took the time to get to know us and determine our needs. He is very easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable of the housing market. Lou guided us through all phases from needed repairs to staging the home. Because of his knowledge and quick actions we were able to sell our house in one showing during a pandemic. Lou was also able to help place us in our new home. I’ve been nauseated and frustrated by so many so-called professionals of late! However, Lou Rodriguez is not among them! You should know that I’ve spent decades of my life in law offices as a legal assistant and paralegal and, consequently, have worked with… and for… numerous attorneys, accountants, government employees, real estate agents, etc. I don’t believe that my experience makes me a big deal; it merely makes me “experienced.”

I could not have been more relieved when, in my personal nightmare divorce scenario which dragged on for four years for no good reason, Lou entered the scene. Lou proved himself to be competent, efficient, considerate, diplomatic and compassionate from the first moment to the last.

I firmly believe that my ex-husband, who has been the bane of my existence for far too long, would say exactly the same about Lou!

He had come recommended to us from someone we trust, and after interviewing another agent, we decided to move forward and work with him. We had a great experience! He was responsive, professional, and got results. He explained all of his methods, which made perfect sense and proved to sell our home quickly and for the price we had hoped for. He took beautiful professional photos, did lots of digital marketing, and guided us through the whole sale process. I want to extend a sincere THANK YOU to my listing agent extraordinaire Lou Rodriguez, P.A.!! We listed this home on 11/15 with a personal target of mine in mind, to close in 60 - 90 days. We closed precisely on the 60th day! From the start of this particular transaction it was apparent that the market had been doing some funny things in the particular range my home was selling for and it was critical to understand the fluctuations and to "listen to the market" in setting realistic expectations. Listing homes is what Lou specializes in, and we always have good, thoughtful discussion before heading into any transaction. We received a great offer within 2 weeks of listing the property, and never had to make a pricing adjustment. We were shy of asking when all was said and done, but certainly higher than my minimum expectation; and the process went smoothly because of Lou's expertise. I've worked with a couple of different realtors over the years and NONE OF THEM has the hustle, drive, service commitment and expertise that Lou does to get things done, and get things done right. In the past month, I had the pleasure of working with Lou as my realtor to sell my property in South Florida. In the matter of one day, Lou had received six full offers for my property allowing me to literally have my house sold over a weekend. I was impressed that he was spot on with the amount that he appraised the property would attain from his comps. Lou’s right.. it’s how he does what he does that sets him apart.

The real estate buying process can be difficult, confusing, and even frustrating. Purchasing or selling a home is a big deal and ideally it shouldn’t be any of those things that make it difficult to deal with. A competent, well established and knowledgeable realtor is a big part of a succeful and enjoyable experience. Lou is a hard worker and will negotiate in your favor, not just to get the deal done but to join buyer and seller in a common goal, to negotiate a transaction that favors both parties with diligence and a precise execution.
