I really appreciated all of the communication and explanation on the entire processes of buying a new home and also selling our former home with the Sunbright Team. Lou was patient and thorough with us as we had never sold a home before and had lots of questions. As daunting and challenging buying and selling can be by nature, Lou made it as seamless and smooth as possible. We looked at lots of houses before we finally made a decision and finally settled on the perfect home for us. Thanks Lou for making this experience the best it could be!

Definitely give Lou at Sunbright a call! He helped us not only sell our house but also find and buy a new home. He was great at answering all the questions we had and walked us through the whole process. Buying and selling is such a hard process, but Sunbright helped make it a little less stressful. I was also highly impressed with the photos he had taken for the sale of our house! Super top notch quality!

Buying a home can be a stressful, hopeful, up and down, rollercoaster ride of questions, doubts and adventures. I knew
I had to find the best realtor I could. A friend of mine recommended Lou of SunBright Realty. Lou was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, patience, kind, and will return your calls. Lou also has a skill set that he uses to notice, recognize and catch things about houses that others may miss. The whole experience was good, it went better than I thought it would. (thank goodness) We closed on "my home "and I am happy and able to breath again :)
There are many realtors out here good and bad, but if you don't have someone in mind when you're about to make one of the biggest, most important decisions and investments in your life,
