Lou is an absolutely amazing realtor! We had purchased a short-sale home in Madera. There were many hurdles along the way and it was a stressful experience towards the end. Throughout the deal, Lou was honest about the all the pitfalls and hurdles we would face. He really championed the deal and fought for us all the way.
