We plan on living in the home we just purchased for the next 30+ years BUT if ever we were to put our hats back in the ring, we would chose Dominick and team over and over again. I truly believe we’d still be out there searching and getting discouraged if not for Dominick. Dominick at the Cardillo Team was great to work with. He quickly figured out what we were looking for in a home and helped us find great options. He was responsive and quickly worked to schedule walk throughs. Our home buying experience had many hurdles as two houses fell through along the way. Dominick helped us through each hurdle and to negotiate terms that protected our interests as buyers while we completed the necessary steps to get our house under contract. The Cardillo team helped address questions all along the way and regularly checked in to make sure we were aware of all developments so we could timely make decisions and understand the options before us. PHENOMINAL pretty much sums up my experience with Cardillo, and particularly Dominick DiFillippo. He kept us informed throughout the process and was in constant contact during our July 4th bidding war. Lou has been a thoughtful and highly professional Realtor and owner of KW Realty Partners where I am an agent for the past eight years.
