Loveleen was very gracious very efficient and helped my family and me relocate into our new beautiful place called home. We a very happy and her service was swift, professional, and understanding. When she told me about sending her the application fee she was so assuring like “I’m not trying to take your money then deny you” - like to assure me that it’s not like that. She didn’t know I had JUST experienced that with a previous location who took my money (which was twice what her fee was) then denied me because I “didn’t upload the documents in time” - their system was rigged but not Loveleen. Her process was simple, honest, and efficient. Thank you Loveleen. We LOVE our new place! Bless you. Tenya 🙏🏾

LoveLeen is the very best real estate agent I have came across. I submitted application and within 30 minutes , I received a call from LoveLeen asking when was I available to view the place. I kindly advised her I could stop by after work . I arrived and instantly fell in love. LoveLeen walked me through the house, explaining in detail, and was just so generous. Loveleen was heaven sent. From our first conversation. I reached out to her about a rental property that I had instantly fell in love with. But I had some credit issues due to health related issues. She mentioned well if I didn’t meet the criteria for that listing then she had other listings that may be suitable for me. Well the next thing I knew she was asking me to send her all my information and required documentation because she could tell that I really wanted this house and she would send the owner all the information at once and try to negotiate something. The rest is history I have my keys and I love my new home. I can’t thank her and Real Triangle Properties enough for their diligent service and if you you’re looking to rent or buy I strongly recommend her.
