Luanne is the consummate professional. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and from the beginning, Luanne explained the process to us. She demonstrated care and attentiveness in terms of scheduling and showing us the listings we selected; handled communications with seller's agents adeptly and tactfully to help us get a sense for where the seller would land in terms of pricing; and patiently and optimistically guided us through nearly six months of searches, negotiations and inspections.

She not only understands the market, but also how to navigate the various parties involved including seller's agent, sellers, inspectors, attorneys, to help you get to the finish line on your home search. At the same time, she gave us as first time real property buyers all the room we needed to explore all our options.

We place the utmost trust in Luanne as a professional and person. She is second to none, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to have worked with her.

Luanne McGann is simply the best. She’s so incredibly responsive, helpful, informative, warm, professional, and encouraging. Also, Luanne is highly knowledgeable, not just about the state of New York and its various individual real estate markets but about the quality of the homes I’ve been viewing. She has the eye of an inspector, which is so valuable to a buyer (and I’d imagine this would be valuable to sellers as well!). Another one of Luanne’s many strengths has been helping me craft the offer. With other agents, I have sometimes felt that commission and/or intuition was playing too much of a role. By contrast, Luanne based everything in her special deep dive analysis of the data to make sure offers were evidenced based, truly aligned with the area and the market, and likely to win without overpaying. She really goes above and beyond the standard comps to help you get to exactly the right amount. I always felt like Luanne’s main motivation was my happiness. Buying a house can be a roller coaster, but with Luanne in my corner it became approachable, even enjoyable. She’s just a top notch agent, all around, and a really lovely person.

My husband and I worked with Luanne when we were buying our first home. The hardest decision of our lives so it meant a lot to us that she really listened to what we wanted in our home. We traveled about 2 hours to meet her and she was always so flexible with our schedule. She explained things to look out for and explained everything we needed to know and do along the way. Luanne is also extremely good at keeping the ball rolling by reaching out to the sellers to make sure everything is moving along. It really was a pleasure working with her.
