Lucie is truly exceptional. As our buyer’s agent, she acted in our best interest at all times and was invaluable in her knowledge of the region and market conditions. She seemed to understand what we were looking for right away, and she was our advocate in a competitive market. She has nurtured strong collegial relationships with other local agents. She was available whenever we needed to ask questions, she kept in touch at all stages of the process, and she continued to support us in finding local resources for planned improvements even after closing. We would recommend her without hesitation.

Lucie helped us buy a townhouse in PG last year. As first-time homebuyers, there is no one that could have advocated for us better. She was honest, responsive, professional, and walked us through everything so we were comfortable with the process. She worked hard to keep us in escrow, despite us having to wait more than 45 days for an appraisal due to lender oversight, and ensured that we did not lose our home. We would have lost the home had it not been for her dogged work ethic and negotiation skills. Even after the purchase, she continued to aid us with remodeling recommendations.

This year, she helped another family member buy a condo in Monterey. Even with crazy market this past few months, she was most accommodating, and helped us look at a variety of different properties. With a little bit of patience for the right opportunity, and her expert negotiation skills and knowledge of the market, she helped us nab the right home that checked all the boxes on our wish list.

Although my wife and I probably picked the worst — and most stressful — time to relocate from our long-time homebase in the Central Valley to Pacific Grove (March 2020, when COVID hit full force), Lucie played a key role in making our transition seamless and manageable. When we were finally ready to purchase a home, I knew that Ms. Lucie Campos is the realtor for us! We were really interested in a home and she immediately set us up with a broker who could get us pre-approved very quickly. We were so lucky that she did that because there was already a bid on the house that we wanted. Within 3 days of seeing the house and with Lucie’s expert advice, it was ours!!!

When it comes to buying your dream home, you do not want to chance it and leave it in the hands of someone who may not know what they are doing. You want to pick someone like Lucie Campos. Her expertise is unparalleled. She has been in the area for a long time and knows this market well. She had a lot of knowledge about what to look for when it came to inspections and made the entire escrow process very very smooth. Her work ethic is out of this world as she works non stop, 24/7, and was always available if we had any questions. Her demeanor is always friendly, always professional and has such great positive energy. She is incredibly honest, which is refreshing. She truly cares about her clients’ wishes and never just trying to make a sale. You can see the passion in this amazing woman when she talks about real estate.

We can honestly say that buying a house and going through escrow was easy and extremely stress-free thanks to Lucie and her team. I never thought this was possible, but appreciated it so much since I have a demanding job and small children. It meant so much to us that we could still lead our normal lives while going through the process.
