Lucy has gone above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. This process of selling our first home and then buying the home we pray to grow into was seamless. We started this process looking for someone to take care of this for us and ended it with a friend. Our daughter still asks to see Homes with Lucy from time to time. Highly recommend her services! My experiences with Lucy and Keller Williams started off a bit rocky. I thought my realtor was being evasive, but I quickly came to realize that it was my tenant (one that didn't make the home selling process very easy) that was causing the issues. Lucy was very communicative and responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure my tenant left the property as well as followed through on ensuring the home was vacant when the tenant left. Highly recommend Lucy and her team! If you have a difficult tenant that refuses to leave, Lucy is your realtor. Truly a champions realtor and one that will go the extra mile to ensure your home buying or selling process goes smoothly.

Lucy was very nice, knowledgeable, and also willing to admit when she did not know. What she did not know she always found out for us in a timely manner. This was our 1st time buying house and she was instrumental in the success of the endeavour. I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to recommend her to friends when necessary. She was very good about not wasting our very limited time which was very important.
