Luis was the 3rd agent we worked with - the first two were not positive experiences, so my husband and I decided to search for our future home by ourselves. I accidentally connected with Luis via an app thinking he was the agent selling the house. It was the best and happiest accident. Buying a home is a disheartening process in a challenging time. Luis was our cheerleader - constantly keeping up the good vibes and encouragement. He was communicative with every agent selling a home we were considering. He guided us on how to be a strong bidder in a competitive market. Luis was prompt with requests. Luis never told us 'no'! He always made himself available to show a house and work around our hectic schedule with a baby. Luis is the best and anyone working with him would be lucky to have him.
