I was extremely fortunate to meet Luis Ortiz. I had been working with a different realtor who just wasn't prioritizing me and after I met Luis I decided that HE would be my realtor instead. Luis assisted me in buying one home and selling another although my purchase wasn't contingent. He is very personable, humble and extremely competent. He was available for me and quick to respond. Luis helped me purchase a property that was in very high demand because of his ability to negotiate effectively. He also got me an excellent price on the property I am currently selling. I personally don't have the patience for fast-talking shoe-salesman type realtors and with Luis I was able to enjoy both the home buying and home selling process without feeling pushed or forced. I have bought and sold almost 20 properties over the years... both homes and rental investments and I have never been happier with a realtor than with Luis Ortiz. If you want to a smooth house purchase or home sale I highly recommend Luis.
