Our agent Alex was very thorough and professional. He repeatedly surveyed all similar properties in the area regarding their listing price and sale price. Based on his research, he advised us on how to set the asking price for quick sale. He also recommended emptying the house as the best way to attract developers for a quick sale. His excellent work resulted in multiple offers on the first day of listing. Two of these offers were for 10,000 above the listing price. A sale contract for one of the higher offers was signed on the second day of listing. The contract successfully closed a few weeks later.
In summary, we highly recommend the Andreae Group at RE/MAX Harbor Realty to any one desiring to sell their home.
