Luke was absolutely amazing to work with! He worked as my seller and buyer agent in this process. He was fully knowledgable about any questions we asked and if he didn't have the answer, he made sure to get it for us. When we ran into multiple hiccups in the process that had us feeling very defeated (due to things outside our control), he was there to provide us confidence to know we would come out on the other side and he fought so hard for us during those hiccups. - He was ALWAYS responsive. Even when he did not have to be.
- He was KNOWLEDGEABLE and prepared for every single home we looked at.
- He was able to help us filter out all of the homes we knew we did not want to see, and was able to select homes that fit our MUST HAVES in a home.

My wife and I are moving from NJ to the Charlotte area. Luke's communication with us was phenomenal, he listened to what we wanted in a home, and he was so accommodating to us. When it comes to buying a home, there’s a ton of things happening, which can all vary based on an individuals/family needs. Luke and his company appreciate that and it showed in many ways! Here’s a few that were important to me:
*I was very worried about the market being in a hectic time when we needed to move. Luke continually reassured me that no matter the state of the market, he’ll make it happen. That not only was done by him personally but it was obvious that he is part of a team. His company provided experience and local connections that made this transition for our family feel like it was part of a Community Effort, not a business transaction.
*Luke recognizes that time sensitivity is a live and real thing, and in this industry that he tackles, 9am-5pm will NOT cut it!
*Real Estate is really its own world of language and jargon, making clarification a constant need for me. Yes in my 40’s I am still learning, and this younger gentleman was always very professional and respectful in his own kind way of explaining things to me. This not only included defining real estate terms but also explaining how they apply with pros and cons reviewed in any applicable scenario as it came up. Even if I needed to be reminded of a detail more than a couple of times, his kindness and professionalism did not waiver.
*My home buying experience this time is 100% remote. Luke took care of everything needed and provided video tours, made buying from a distance manageable!

I cannot recommend Luke enough he is an awesome real estate agent. After months of searching and countless showing he helped me finally find a house and get my contract accepted. The best thing is he looked out for my best interest and didn’t pressure me to buy something I didn’t like.
