Working with Luke Raynor was efficient and easy. Luke is always available and quick with responses to any questions you may have and explaining the buying process in a way that puts you at ease with all the paperwork. My husbands travels frequently and Luke was with me every step of the way when my husband couldn’t be. The emotional support you get from him is better than one could expect from any other realtor. He is honest when looking at houses and doesn’t pressure you into picking a house.

Even after we purchased our new home, Luke still checks in with us to ensure everything is going well.

My wife and I spent months with a realtor who didn't respond to my wife, and would takes hours to reply to myself regarding very simple questions. After the 15th house we had asked to see and didn't get a chance because we wouldn't get a reply for 12+ hours, we decided to find a different realtor.

We couldn't be happier. 6-8 months of pure frustration of even trying to view a house, Luke helped us into our home after only 1.5 - 2 weeks of looking, and was there every step of the way through the loan process. He understood what type of house we wanted, our price range, and any features. Luke is extremely quick to reply and won't hold back on the good or bad of a house.

In the future, the wife and I will continue to have Luke as our realtor!

Luke was very responsive and helpful during a very stressful time. He was both our selling agent and buying agent and worked tirelessly to get us exactly what we wanted and needed in both transactions. He was very thorough and knowledgeable during both transactions and communication was on point; if he didn’t answer my call the first time I immediately got a text message with an eta of when I should expect a call back. The extra above and beyonds Luke did for us really set him apart from other agents we’ve worked with in the past (never had one washing my windows, hanging pictures and mirrors, and scrubbing walls!). I would not go with any agent other than Luke Raynor and I highly recommend that you do the same as well.

We bought our home 6 years ago from Luke. We were old neighbors, so he's become more like family than our realtor. That's one of the things that I believe will set this company apart, is how they treat everyone like family. A perfect example, is how his lovely wife and him baked pies for everyone for Thanksgiving. They specifically asked what everyone's favorite was! He occasionally checks in to make sure everything is going right with the people he sells homes to. Not many realitors like that! When we found the house we wanted, Luke went to work on a Saturday! He faught for us to win the bidding war with 4 other families. We won & are so happy to call it home!

Luke is incredible. He lived across from me briefly while I was renting and I knew he was a realtor. So one day after I realized I had given my landlord 40k over a few years I went to him to see what it would take to get into a house. 30 days later we moved into our new home. Above and beyond.. 6 years later he is now more like the favorite cousin you only see from time too time. He's got my business for life.

I would recommend Luke To anybody that's in the market to buy a house we were in the market he showed us a few houses that would work for us stuck with this do the whole process which took over 6 months. Because of Cauvet 19 and other reasons that weren't up his fault. Is dad did the realestate long and he was also great treat us like family and listen to what we needed also in a time we called you would get back ahold of us shortly after and answer all questions that we had and concerns. He truly treated us like family through the whole process highly recommend even if you why call him up get to know him1st that's what I did. We will be using them again when we buy another house and a house .
