Lupe Quintero

Born and raised in Watsonville, California, Lupe grew up and moved away a few times — but she always came back. She seemed destined to live in Watsonville, just as she seemed destined to be a REALTOR®. Her mother was a local broker for 27 years, and Lupe likes to say she has been in real estate since her mom first opened an office.

Lupe’s specialty is serving first-time buyers, especially young families. She loves making their dreams come true and seeing her reward on their faces when she hands them the keys. Lupe actively pursues new buyers and, understanding that the path to ownership is not always a straight line, she finds that any challenges she encounters only make success all the more rewarding.

And her clients love her back: Lupe’s Facebook page is filled with celebrations, smiling faces, and happy testimonials. For her part, the best compliments Lupe receives are referrals. She is also touched by returning clients who are willing to again place their trust in her when they are ready to sell a house, build wealth, and move up.

When she is not meeting clients, Lupe enjoys traveling. She also coaches girls’ basketball at Pajaro Valley High in Watsonville, filling much of her spare time in the winter with a 12-game schedule plus tournament play. In 2019, she guided the team to a league championship in its first winning season and was named Coach of the Year.
