Lyann met all my real estate needs in a professional, efficient, and caring manner. She worked with the budget we talked about, met up at houses we wanted to view even on spur of the moment calls, continuously provided listings, and was very knowledgeable about resources needed for houses or the property they were on (wells, irrigation, septic systems, etc.). She really made looking for a house easy even during the craziness of the housing market demand in the area. She built a friendship with us and made sure it wasn’t just about business. She ensured we were getting what we wanted and were truly happy with what we decided on. While she was on vacation, she had coordinated with her coworker to give us a showing of the house we purchased when the listing came up on the market. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house, you won’t be disappointed.
