Lydia has been in the real estate industry for many years and has witnessed its evolution through technology. Her passion for the industry inspired her to start her own company, Lydia Maria Real Estate, in Bronxville. Her focus was on catering to first-time buyers and sellers, which proved successful for 24 years. As her business grew, Lydia expanded her scope beyond the village and entry-level market.

Lydia's dedication to her clients is evident through her pursuit of designations that enhance her skills and benefit her clients. She has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designations, which are industry premier designations. She has also served as President of the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce and is one of the founding members of the Bronxville Historical Conservancy.

Aside from her real estate career, Lydia has a passion for astronomy and volunteers at NYC's Hayden Planetarium. Her colleagues and clients describe her as honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.
